Surrender to Divine Adobe - Bhakti Yog

Maha Mantra:
"Digambara Digambara Sripad Vallabh Digambara"
Bhakti Yog: When Maha Mantra is chanted with dedication, trust, commitment and loyalty towards Mahaguru Shri Dattatrey,
The vibrations of chanting mantra will help in Nadi purification (impurity between subtle vains), releasing Sweat, Cough, Pitta and Vaata.
Self-purification helps to survive and sustain physically and mentally during climbing up the divine ladder of self-liberation, i.e during karmic resolution.
During 'without expectation State', maha mantra helps to keep focused on the objective of existence to attain self-liberation. It help to avoid loneliness during the same period.
During Karmic resolution, you will face reflection of your karmas of past and present life that may be pleasurable of non-pleasurable. That no one else to blame but yourself.
'Without expectation State' will help to release all Bandha's (knots of all 3 attachments) followed with uniting all 5 prana's; Prana + Apana + Samana + Vyana and finally Udana to unite Soul with supreme Soul.
If one wants to avoid mantra chanting, he/she can focus of pure vegetarian, non-spicy food, in order to attain self-purification. Pure satvik vegetarian food alone plays as important role as Guru Mantra. Heavy food for digestion (Non-Veg, Spicy, heavy meals) creates hurdle in releasing bandha, nadi purification and uniting Pranas.
Karma yog with mannered yam-niyam has NO exception but to be followed in order to avoid accumulating new karmas and process with karmic resolution of past and present life.
Bhakti yog (Surrendering to divine adobe within self - not outside) acts as virtual support during all phases of Divine family framework.
